Joe Giudice Speaks Out for the First Time From Italy Since Being Released From ICE Custody

Joe Giudice is opening up.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star spoke out for the first time from Italy since being released from ICE custody earlier in October in a video message to The Daily Dish on Monday (October 21).

“Life, it’s always better to look through the windshield and not through the rearview mirror, you know. It’s a much bigger picture when you’re looking through the windshield. But at the end of the day, people make mistakes. Nobody’s perfect,” he said.

“I’ve learned a valuable lesson from all this, and I know my family is the most important thing to me. But it’s better that I’m out here than in there. I just want to let you know that I love you, and I’m always here for you. You know that,” he went on to say.

Joe and wife Teresa Giudice pled guilty to 41 counts of fraud, following a deal struck with federal prosecutors, in 2014. She got a 15 month federal prison sentencing, while Joe got 41 months followed by a potential deportation to Italy.

Teresa Giudice Admits She 'Hooked Up' with Another Man Amid Husband Joe's Deportation Case

The new season of Real Housewives of New Jersey is going to be an explosive one for Teresa Giudice.

In the new sneak peek for the upcoming premiere, the 47-year-old Bravo star is asked by co-star Jennifer Aydin if she’s still in love with husband Joe Giudice, to which Teresa responds, “I don’t know.”

While filming for season 10 was underway, Joe was in jail and then released into ICE’s custody as he awaits his deportation trial.

Another man then enters the picture, who Teresa was seen with along with her brother Joe Gorga. “Were you guys messing around?” asks Joe. “We might have kissed,” the mystery man replies.

In another scene, Teresa shows her co-stars a shirtless photo of the someone who appears to be the same mystery man, while saying, “He was the one I hooked up with.”

Margaret Josephs then says during an interview, “Teresa is cocktailing it up all night while your husband’s sitting in ICE, that’s shameful.”

If you missed it, earlier this week Joe Giudice was released from ICE’s custody and traveled to Italy where he will continue to appeal his deportation.

Season 10 of Real Housewives of New Jersey premieres on November 6 on Bravo.

Joe Giudice Freed from ICE Custody, Lawyer Releases Statement

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Joe Giudice has been freed from ICE custody and he has left the United States.

Joe Giudice is being released from ICE custody, but he isn’t returning home.

Judges have granted the 47-year-old reality star’s request to be released from ICE custody in Pennsylvania and move to Italy as he continues to appeal his deportation order, his lawyer confirmed to People.

Joe had already been denied his original request to be released back to his New Jersey home to be with wife Teresa Giudice and their four daughters, Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 14, and Audriana, 10.

Joe was released from prison in March after serving a 41-month sentence for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud.

Joe‘s deportation case will be documented in the upcoming season of Real Housewives of New Jersey, which premieres on November 6th on Bravo.

Joe Giudice Stuck in ICE Custody 'Indefinitely' (Report)

Joe Giudice is facing more legal troubles.

The 49-year-old Real Housewives of New Jersey star is stuck in ICE custody “indefinitely,” according to RadarOnline.com.

After requesting to lift the “stay of removal” in order to exit the Pennsylvania detention center and return to Italy while awaiting a decision on his deportation status, a court order was issued to transfer the motion to a panel of judges for the final call, according to the report.

“The motion was referred to Third Circuit Court panel and they will be the ones to decide whether Mr. Giudice can await an appeal decision in Italy. There is no telling how long the panel will take to come to a decision,” an official said.

Joe has already attempted to appeal the decision for deportation, but was denied twice.
