Len Wiseman will direct a spinoff of the John Wick franchise, which will be a female-centric movie.

Ballerina will focus ” on a young female assassin who seeks revenge against the people who killed her family,” according to Deadline.

John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum writer Shay Hatten is writing the script for the upcoming film, which will be produced by the John Wick team. Keanu Reeves will serve as an executive producer.

The Ballerina character was featured in a quick moment in the third John Wick movie, but it’s not known if the same actress will play the role again.

Keanu Reeves is dapper in a suit as he steps out for the Japan premiere of his hit film John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum held at Roppongi Hills on Tuesday (September 10) in Tokyo, Japan.

The 55-year-old actor hit the stage alongside director of the film Chad Stahelski, as well as singer Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, whose song “Ninja Re Bang Bang” is featured in the flick.

Over the summer, it was confirmed that the massively successful franchise will return for a fourth movie, John Wick: Chapter 4, set to be released on May 21, 2021.

John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum is set to hit theaters in Japan on October 4!

Avengers: Endgame has been unseated at the box office after three weeks at No. 1 – and John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum is now on top.

The Keanu Reeves and Halle Berry-starring movie debuted with a $57 million opening weekend box office, according to Variety on Sunday (May 19).

John Wick 3 beat out both of the previous two movies in the series: 2014′s John Wick brought in $14.4 million and 2017′s John Wick: Chapter 2 earned $30.4 million.

Avengers earned $29.4 million in its fourth weekend, bringing its total to $771 million in North America. It is now the second-highest grossing movie of all time at the domestic box office, just behind Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

Keanu Reeves and Halle Berry hit the red carpet at the premiere of John Wick: Chapter 3 on Thursday (May 9) at One Hanson Place in New York City.

The actors were joined at the event by their co-stars Anjelica Huston, Asia Kate Dillon, Robin Lord Taylor, Jason Mantzoukas, Lance Reddick, and Mark Dacascos.

Gavin Rossdale also stopped by the premiere!

The 54-year-old actor looked handsome in an all black suit as he stepped out for the premiere of his new movie.

It’s finally here – the trailer for John Wick 3 – aka John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum!

Lionsgate debuted the first 10 second teaser for the upcoming action flick starring Keanu Reeves.

While the teaser gives away almost no information about the movie, it does reveal that the official full-length trailer for the film will be released this Thursday!

Keanu stars in the third installment of the franchise alongside Halle Berry, Laurence Fisbourne, Ian McShane, and many more stars.
