Ashton Kutcher keeps it serious while attending the historic panel at Warner Bros. Television’s An Evening with Chuck Lorre Productions during the 2015 Television Critics Association’s Winter 2015 Press Tour on Thursday (January 15) in Los Angeles.

The 36-year-old actor was joined at the panel by his Two and a Half Men co-star Jon Cryer.

Melissa McCarthy, Kaley Cuoco, Anna Faris, Allison Janney, Johnny Galecki, Jim Parsons, and Billy Gardell were also spotted at the panel to discuss their shows Mike & Molly, The Big Bang Theory, and Mom.

During the panel, Chuck Lorre chatted about the possibility that Charlie Sheen would be in the series finale of Two and a Half Men, which airs on February 19.

“I think we’re going to have a finale you’re going to be very pleased with and that’s all I’m going to say about it,” Chuck shared.

He added, “It would be inappropriate to not acknowledge the extraordinary success we had with Charlie and how grateful I am, we all are, to his contributions. And there’s nothing but great feelings for the eight-and-a-half years we worked together. But how to wrap the show up? It’s tricky. It’s a sticky wicket. Because in a way, the show morphed into something else entirely for the last four years�”and it’s something we love�”and we want to honor both. How to honor both is the challenge of this finale. And the other challenge is how to get people to watch it without telling them what it is.”

After Ashton completed the challenge, he nominated his Two and a Half Men co-star Jon Cryer and Dax Shepard, who went shirtless for it.

The event raised over $1.17 million for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles’ Pediatric Cancer Research Program.

The Vampire Diaries‘ Claire Holt came in first in the female celebrity division with a time of 1:44:31 while 2 Fast 2 Furious‘ Eric Etebari came in first in the celebrity male division with a time of 1:39:56.

Also participating in the celebrity division: Aussie actor James Scott, Suburgatory‘s Parker Young, The Office‘s Ellie Kemper, and Jon Cryer, who had a bloody crash during the bike portion.

Ashton Kutcher shows off his new clean-shaven face during the TCA tour on Wednesday (January 11) at The Langham Huntington in Pasadena, Calif.

The 33-year-old actor – speaking on a panel with co-stars Jon Cryer and Angus T. Jones – revealed he had to get rid of his beard and cut his hair for next week’s episode of Two and a Half Men.

As for whether he’d be returning for another season of the CBS sitcom, Ashton told reporters (via EW), “The deal we structured as a test deal. The show is outperforming the numbers from before I was here.”

“I think people are responding to it,” he added. “For me, having a show that people like and want more of – that’ll dictate my decision. I have a couple features I’m going to do in the summer. Right now, I’m looking at [the summer features] as a hiatus. I’m interested in coming back.”

Ashton Kutcher joins his Two and a Half Men co-stars for Jon Cryer‘s star ceremony on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Monday (September 20) in Los Angeles.

The 33-year-old actor, pictured with Jon and Angus T. Jones, had a huge first night on the CBS sitcom!

Two and a Half Men premiered to 27.8 million viewers – that’s the largest audience ever for the show – and a 10.3 rating in adults 18-49, Variety reports.

Ashton Kutcher joins his Two and a Half Men co-stars Jon Cryer and Angus T. Jones at the CBS Upfronts held at Tent at Lincoln Center on Wednesday (May 18) in New York.

During the presentation, the 33-year-old actor talked about what it means to him to join the cast of the hit show.

“I’ve never, probably in my 13 years of show business, received more emails or calls congratulating me about getting a new job. I almost think I won the lottery. Which I kind of did,” Ashton said.

Ashton joins the show next season and will reportedly make between $800,000 and $900,000 per episode.
