Kane Brown Books Ambitious Concert Tour, Will Make Country Music History

Kane Brown is going to be making music history with his upcoming concert tour!

The 27-year-old singer has booked every NBA arena in the United States for his tour, making him the first-ever country artist to hit all 29 venues in a single, headlining tour.

The 35-city Blessed & Free tour will kick off on October 1, 2021 with a show in Sacramento, Calif. and the tour will wrap up in February 2022 in Las Vegas. The general on-sale begins on April 16, but pre-sale tickets will go on sale earlier.

“I’m excited to just switch it up, give the fans to look forward to something, and just get back out there,” Kane told ET Canada about the tour.

Kane‘s last concert before the pandemic was at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and he’s excited to return. He said, “It will be cool because, when we hit Staples, we were not on our big tour yet, so we had a smaller production. So, it will be cool to come back, not be as nervous as I was and just bring a bigger show than I did last time.”

In an interview a couple months ago, Kane talked about a big career moment.

Kane Brown Opens Up About His Grand Ole Opry Debut

Kane Brown is looking forward to his first performance at the Grand Ole Opry.

The “Be Like That” singer is set to perform at the Grand Ole Opry: 95 Years of Country Music special airing on NBC in honor of the historic venue being open for 95 years. The event will also feature performances from Carrie Underwood, Lady A, Darius Rucker, Kelsea Ballerini and Dolly Parton.

Kane spoke to E! about what his debut at the Grand Ole Opry on Sunday (February 14) means to him.

“A lot of artists have came to me to get me to play the Opry—Brad Paisley came and asked me, Darius came and asked me, I talked to Aldean about it, Lauren Alaina came and asked me before I played the Dallas halftime show—but I just wanted to kind of wait for that right time and that special moment,” Kane said. “I’m just glad that I get to say that I played the Opry now. And hopefully, I’ll get to come back and play when there’s actually fans.”

He also added that the show was particularly important to him because he was able to play, “For My Daughter,” which was written for his and wife Katelyn Jae‘s one-year-old daughter Kingsley Rose Brown.

“It’s cool that she’ll get to look back on this and it’ll be my first considered debut at the Opry,” Kane said. “The Opry is such a big thing in country music so it’ll be cool for her to look back on.”

Over the summer, Kane had to be rescued by police after getting lost on his own property. Click here to find out more!
