Keri Russell is linking up with Netflix.

The 45-year-old former Americans actress is set to star in the streamer’s upcoming new drama series, The Diplomat.

Deadline reports that the series was created by Debora Cahn, and she and Keri will also executive produce the show alongside Janice Williams.

The Diplomat will take place in the midst of an international crisis, career diplomat Kate Wyler (Russell) lands in a high-profile job she’s unsuited for, with tectonic implications for her marriage and her political future.

The show will have eight 50-minute episodes.

Keri Russell hits the red carpet for the premiere of her new movie, Antlers, at Regal Essex Crossing on Monday (October 25) in New York City.

The 45-year-old actress met up with her co-stars Graham Greene and Jeremy T. Thomas at the event, as well as producers Nick Antosca, Henry Chaisson, and J. Miles Dale and director Scott Cooper for the special screening.

Gina Gershon, Peter Sarsgaard, Maggie Gyllenhaal, David Burtka, and Neil Patrick Harris also stepped out for the premiere to show their support.

Here’s the summary: In an isolated Oregon town, a middle-school teacher and her sheriff brother become embroiled with her enigmatic student, whose dark secrets lead to terrifying encounters with a legendary ancestral creature who came before them.

Antlers, which also stars Jesse Plemons, will open this weekend in theaters.

Earlier in the day, Keri was seen promoting the movie on GMA.

Keri Russell steps out in a golden dress for a promo appearance on Good Morning America on Monday (October 25) in New York City.

The 45-year-old actress is promoting her brand new horror film, Antlers, which is out on Friday, October 29.

Here’s a summary for the movie: In an isolated Oregon town, a middle-school teacher and her sheriff brother become embroiled with her enigmatic student, whose dark secrets lead to terrifying encounters with a legendary ancestral creature who came before them.

The film is based on the short story “The Quiet Boy” by Nick Antosca. Guillermo del Toro produced the pic, which was directed by Scott Cooper.

Keri Russell and Matthew Rhys sit in the front row while attending the rag & bone fashion show during New York Fashion Week on Friday (February 7) in New York City.

The longtime couple kicked back with some beers while enjoying the show! Also in attendance at the event were Succession‘s Nicholas Braun, model Dylan Penn, and Castle Rock‘s Paul Sparks with wife Annie Parisse.

While attending the event, Keri told the New York Post about how she steals Matthew‘s clothes.

“That’s our thing,” she said. “I buy him clothes and then I steal them and wear them.”

“I’ll kind of buy something [for her] and go, oh s–t, that didn’t fit! But it fits me, bingo!” Matthew said in response. “I’m not a shopper. That’s the one thing I don’t do well, and I don’t really adhere to.”

Keri noted that Matthew picked out her outfit for the fashion show!

The stars of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker are bringing their new movie to London!

John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, and Oscar Isaac buddied up on the red carpet together at the premiere of the final Star Wars installment on Wednesday evening (December 18) at the Cineworld Leicester Square in London, England.

Fellow cast members at the premiere included Kelly Mare Tran, Keri Russell, Billy Dee Williams, Naomi Ackie, Richard E. Grant, Domhnall Gleeson, and Joonas Suotamo.

Director J.J. Abrams was also in attendance.
