And the baby’s name is…Kingsley Rose Brown – and they’ve already set up an Instagram for Kingsley!
“KB3 ❤️ welcome to the family Kingsley Rose Brown!!!!” Kane wrote on the post along with a cute photo of the couple together with their newborn.
