Kygo is back with some new music!

The 28-year-old DJ-producer has just dropped his brand new collaboration with Zara Larsson and Tyga, called “Like It Is,” which was co-written by Dua Lipa.

“Like It Is” serves as the first single off Kygo‘s upcoming third album Golden Hour, due out later this summer.

“Hey guys, I hope you’re all doing well and staying positive in these tough times,” Kygo said in a statement on Instagram. “I’ve been spending the last couple of weeks back home staying inside, and I know many of you are in the same situation. The good thing about being home all day is that I have a lot of time to work on new music. I’m very excited to announce that I’ve finished my 3rd album ‘Golden Hour’ and the first single is coming on Friday.”

Jamie Foxx and Usher are all smiles on the red carpet while arriving at Clive Davis’ Pre-Grammys Gala on Saturday night (January 25) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The guys attended the event to support Sean “Diddy” Combs, who was being honored that night.

Macklemore and Kygo are lighting up the America’s Got Talent stage!

The performers hit the stage with Ndlovu Youth Choir and Detroit Youth Choir for a performance during the season 14 finale on Wednesday (September 18) at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles.

Macklemore, Kygo, and the two finalist groups performed “Higher Love” and “Can’t Hold Us!” during their time on stage.

Also during the AGT finale, this singer performed her first new song in almost a decade.

Drake will perform at the Wynn in Las Vegas for New Year’s Eve!

The 32-year-old “Behind Barz” rapper took the stage at XS Nightclub on Saturday (September 14) as part of his exclusive partnership with Wynn Las Vegas.

James Harden, Jamie Foxx, Kygo, PartyNextDoor, Russell Westbrook, and more were all in attendance.

Continuing his partnership with the property, Wynn Las Vegas has revealed that Drake will return to the nightclub as part of New Year’s Eve Weekend on December 30. Tickets will be available tomorrow here.

Diplo and The Chainsmokers will be rounding out NYE Weekend at XS Nightclub.

Fans can also enjoy Drake‘s OVO Pop-Up at Wynn Plaza and collect exclusive weekly drops every Friday from now until January 12.

Whitney Houston and Kygo‘s collaboration “Higher Love” has just got the music video treatment, and you can watch it right here!

The track is the late singer’s cover of Steve Winwood‘s song “Higher Love” recorded back in 1990. Kygo teamed up with the Whitney Houston Estate to remaster the recording.

Hannah Lux Davis (Ariana Grande, Halsey) directed the colorful, ’80′s inspired visual, which serves as a nod to the time of Houston’s massive successes and stars Riverdale actress, Vanessa Morgan.

“Higher Love” cover peaked at No. 63 on the Hot 100, giving the late singer her first posthumous hit – Watch the music video here!

HBO’s Insecure star Dominque Perry takes the lead in the official music video for Kygo‘s latest single “Not Ok” featuring Chelsea Cutler!

The video marks the second time the 27-year-old DJ-producer has teamed up with renowned visual artist and Instagram sensation Sarah Bahbah as director.

The video also features appearances from Alexis Ren, RuPaul’s Drag Race‘s Gia Gunn, Wolfie Candy, Trevor Moran, Jenn Im, Ashley Moore, Theresa Hayes, Sophia Ali, Sara Cummings, Sierra Love, Clinton Moxam, Daniella Beckerman, Charvelle and Maddy Crum.

“Our desire to stay connected has formed a dependency on social media, a dependency that actually weakens our connection. Curated personalities become the ones we focus on, covering our scars with cheap glitter and painting our bruises with fake gold by way of escaping from our internal struggles,” director Sarah Bahbah said in statement about the Kygo video. “This music film is a reminder to step away from escapism and step inwards to self. Although we are creatures of connection, many have learnt to play the characters constructed by social media. In the midst of all the projected individual experiences, sometimes the most authentic and calming thing that can be done is to check in with yourself, take a breath, and call upon the ones you trust.”

“The current cultural environment has been thirsty for something uplifting and inspiring,” Pat Houston tells Rolling Stone. “Who better to inspire than Whitney, the most exhilarating vocalist of all time?”

“Kygo was the first person that was mentioned. He put his spin on it and did a fantastic job,” she added.

Kygo said, “I was trying to make it sound like something that she would’ve done, but also something that’s my style.”
