Lance Armstrong has been banned from cycling by the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency after deciding not to fight charges brought upon him by the organization.

The 40-year-old cyclist will also be stripped of his seven Tour de France titles that made him an American hero.

“I know who won those seven Tours,” Lance said in a statement (via the Associated Press). “The toughest event in the world where the strongest man wins. Nobody can ever change that. Especially [USADA CEO] Travis Tygart.”

Tour de France champion Lance Armstrong is about to be a dad for the fifth time!

The 38-year-old cyclist and his girlfriend, Anna Hansen, are expecting their second child together in October – big brother Maxwell is 10 months old (via People).

Lance even started a Twitter for the yet-to-be-born child! Baby “Cinco”‘s first tweet read “I got 2 arms, 2 legs, a nickname, and [I'm] 2 inches long. See y’all in October.”

FYI: Lance has three children from a previous marriage.

Lance Armstrong is reportedly coming out of retirement next year to compete again and attempt to win the Tour de France again!

According to reports, the 36-year old will have no salary or bonuses for his racing. He will reportedly compete in five races with the Astana team, although his manager Mark Higgins has not responded to questions. The Astana spokesman has also denied that their team has any plans with Lance.
