Mary J. Blige, Idris Elba, and Janelle Monae were among the many stars that walked the red carpet at the awards show held on Sunday night (June 26) at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.

Jay-Z is hosting a star-studded event!
The 51-year-old rapper stepped out for his 40/40 Club 18th Anniversary Party on Saturday night (August 28) at the club in New York City.

Stars in attendance included Megan Thee Stallion, Swizz Beatz, Quincy, Meek Mill, Remy Ma, Lil Uzi Vert, political commentator Van Jones, and retired pro football player Victor Cruz.
The 40/40 Club is a chain of sports bars and lounges that Jay-Z first opened in 2003. Locations include NYC, the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, and at the Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Lil Nas X is pulling a costume change on the 2021 BET Awards red carpet!
The 22-year-old “Old Town Road” rapper first walked the red carpet in a pink and blue dress, before changing into a floral-print suit for his second trip down the carpet on Sunday (June 27) at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.

While not nominated at the show tonight, Lil Nas X will be performing his hit song, “Call Me By Your Name (Montero)” during the show.
Other stars in attendance included DJ Khaled, Fat Joe, Jack Harlow, Roddy Ricch, DaBaby, Migos, and Lil Uzi Vert with girlfriend JT.

Lil Uzi Vert is debuting some very extreme jewelry.
The 26-year-old rapper showcased a $24 million pink diamond attached to his forehead on social media on Wednesday (February 3).

The star revealed that he spent the past four years paying for a $24 million natural pink diamond that he planned to have implanted onto his forehead, via Page Six.
He said the diamond is between 10 and 11 carats and comes from his favorite jewelry designer, Elliot Eliantte.
“Yes my Bugatti can’t even pay for it…all my cars together, plus home, this took so long now I can get this money,” he explained.
He also reacted to a fan suggesting he should just put the diamond on a ring: “If I lose the ring yeah U will make fun of me more than putting it in my forehead ha ha jokes on you ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha… And yes I do have insurance,” he added.
“𝕭𝖊𝖆𝖚𝖙𝖞 𝖎𝖘 𝖕𝖆𝖎𝖓 💎💕®️,” he captioned a video of himself debuting his new look.

The 25-year-old rapper’s Eternal Atake remains at No. 1 for a second week on the Billboard 200, according to the chart company on Sunday (March 22).

The album brought in an additional 247,000 equivalent album units in the U.S. in the week ending March 19, down just 14% compared to its debut, according to the data.
It’s the first album to spend its first two weeks at No. 1 since Harry Styles‘ Fine Line at the top of the year. Congratulations to Lil Uzi Vert!

Also known as Eternal Atake (Deluxe) – LUV vs. the World 2, the fifth mixtape from the music star features guest appearances from Future and and Gunna, among many others.
The album serves as the deluxe edition of his second studio album, Eternal Atake, released earlier in March.
It also includes tracks “Myron,” “Bean (Kobe)” with Chief Keef and “Got the Guap” with Young Thug.

Lil Uzi Vert is bringing on the nostalgia.
The 25-year-old rapper debuted his new song “That Way” on Sunday (March 1) – and it features a familiar hook, courtesy of the Backstreet Boys!

The song was released as a surprise, and features an interpolation of the boy band’s famous 1999 single, “I Want It That Way.”
“Look, I don’t wanna go out bad, wanna go out sad, wanna go out that way / I’m with the winnin’ team, they make sure I’m not in last place / If I wake up, don’t make no money, that’s a sad day / Twenty-five hundred on my shirt, what the tag say?” he raps.
