The 54-year-old actress took to Instagram on Friday (September 5) to share a video of herself working out while using her son Maceo, 6, as a weight as she did squats.

“Happy #FitnessFriday! With all the chaos that comes with virtual online learning, it can be difficult for little kids to stay energized and engaged,” Halle wrote. “So today, I thought I would throw my son Maceo into my workout! Fun for him and *necessary* for me ! Check stories for my exclusive at home kiddie workout! 😂 – Enjoy the long weekend!”

Halle Berry took to her Instagram account last week to share a cute video of her six-year-old son Maceo walking up a staircase in heels… and some haters showed up in the comments section.
The 53-year-old Oscar-winning actress responded to many of the comments left on the video, including a couple that weren’t that positive.
“she’s having the time of her life lol,” one fan wrote. Halle responded, “well it’s a he (😂) and he is having a ball. Tryna cope the best he can. Laughter helps a lot right now!”
Another person wrote “I hope that’s the daughter” and it started a long chain of comments. Halle responded to the chain and said, “Harmless fun. Tryna survive right now. You feel me?”

The 50-year-old actress posted a photo of Nahla, 8, and Maceo, 3, looking super cute while laying down on the grass together.
“What’s with the hiding of the faces? They’re beautiful children why not show them off,” a fan asked.
“I’ve noticed you have said this several times now so let me be clear– I’m not at all ashamed of children. I try to find creative ways to incorporate them into my feed because they are the biggest part of my life, but I also work very hard to keep their identities as private as I can considering they are only children. It’s my belief, and I’m not criticizing others who have different beliefs, that it’s my job as their mother to protect their privacy as best I can. When they grow and they’re of age and they want share their images on the internet, that will be for them to decide, not me. Feel me? Have a beautiful day,” Halle responded in a comment.
