Hilary Duff is in good spirits while out and about on Friday (February 20) in West Hollywood, Calif.

On the same day, it was announced that the 27-year-old actress filed for divorce from Mike Comrie, citing irreconcilable differences, according to TMZ.

In the divorce documents, Hilary is asking for full custody of their son Luca, with Mike having visitation rights.

The couple had been separated for over a year since January 2014 after being married for three years.

Hilary Duff dances around on the set of her new music video for “All About You” on Thursday (September 4) in Los Angeles.

The 26-year-old entertainer, who was joined on the set by her ex Mike Comrie, was also seen out and about the day before going to the gym.

Hilary, through her reps, has reportedly gotten in touch with the FBI over fake nude photos that started to spread around online. There are supposedly “defining birthmarks” and recognizable tattoos that don’t appear on the woman in the alleged photos, according to TMZ.
