Carrie Underwood doesn’t let her husband Mike Fisher hear her music until she’s finished!

The 36-year-old country star recently explained Mike only gets to hear her songs once they’ve been released because he can be too critical.

“If anything I’ve learned not to really let him hear my stuff, like while I’m writing it or while I’m recording it. He really only hears the album, kinda when it’s done. He critiques. He’ll tell me what he thinks about it,” Carrie told Jenny McCarthy on SiriusXM’s The Highway.

She added, “I love my husband and I do care what he thinks but when it comes music, I’d be like, ‘This is like me telling you how to play hockey.’ I’m like, ‘Let mama handle this. I got this.’”

Carrie Underwood is opening up about her private pain.

The 36-year-old country superstar spoke about suffering three heartbreaking miscarriages with husband Mike Fisher in a story for People, out Friday (June 21).

“Of course you wonder if it’s you, what am I doing wrong, or what have I done wrong. I remember having conversations with Mike trying to make sense of it all,” she admitted after enduring three miscarriages in two years.

“I’ve always wanted to be a good daughter to my parents but also to God and not complain, because we are beyond blessed. I get to do what I love, I have an incredible family. I have Mike, I have Isaiah, I have great parents. I have all of these amazing people around me, and I don’t want to complain, ever,” she added.

“But the miscarriages made me get real with God and say, ‘Okay, I’m kind of giving up a little bit. If this isn’t meant to happen, then I need to accept that and know that someday I’ll understand why.’”

Eventually, she did become pregnant again.

“We heard that everything was okay and I was pregnant with Jacob. He’s just this perfect little bundle of a smiley guy.”

Carrie Underwood looks stunning on the red carpet at the 2019 Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday night (April 7) at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

The 36-year-old country singer, who gave birth to her second child just two and a half months ago, was joined by her husband Mike Fisher.

Carrie is set to perform during the event this evening and she is also nominated for Female Artist of the Year.

The other women nominated in the category are Miranda Lambert, Ashley McBryde, Maren Morris, and Kacey Musgraves.

FYI: Carrie is wearing a Nicolas Jebran dress, Jimmy Choo shoes, Hueb earrings, a Dena Kemp right hand ring, and a Djula left hand ring.

Carrie Underwood‘s husband Mike Fisher posted a funny and sweet video of his wife serenading their son Isaiah on his fourth birthday.

The 35-year-old singer inhaled helium from a balloon and sang to her four-year-old, all while holding their newborn son Jacob!

Carrie Underwood is a mom again!

The 35-year-old country star posted the news on her Instagram account that she and hubby Mike Fisher welcomed their new baby boy on Wednesday (January 23).

“Jacob Bryan Fisher entered the world in the wee hours of the morning on Monday…his mom, dad and big brother couldn’t be happier for God to trust them with taking care of this little miracle! Our hearts are full, our eyes are tired and our lives are forever changed. Life is good…” Carrie posted.

Carrie and Mike are also parents to a three-year-old son named Isaiah.

It’s going to be another boy for Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher!

During their opening at the 2018 CMA Awards on Wednesday night (November 14), the 35-year-old country star shared with Brad Paisley that she’s having a boy – after he revealed the gender of her first son years ago.

“Hey, remember last time when I accidentally revealed the gender of your baby?” the 46-year-old rocker asked Carrie who responded with, “I mean, who could ever forget #BradBlewIt?”

Brad then pressed Carrie into spilling the beans saying – “Seriously Carrie, give me a little baby hint? Johnny or June? Keith or Nicole. Garth or Trisha. Tim or Faith. George or Tammy. Waylon or Willie?”

The last one — two friends, Waylon Jennings and Willie Nelson, slid among famous romantic country couples – helped Carrie make the big reveal.

“Oh my gosh — Willie, it’s a Willie ok!?” Carrie finally admitted.

Carrie and Mike are already parents to 3-year-old son Isaiah.
