Milo Ventimiglia is keeping up with his workouts!

The 45-year-old This Is Us actor was spotted leaving the Rise Nation gym after a workout on Tuesday (August 9) in West Hollywood, Calif.

Milo might be done with his hit NBC series, but he has a lot of exciting projects in the works. He’s returning for the next season of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and we already have photos of him on set.

Milo is also starring in the ABC pilot The Company You Keep, based on a Korean format titled My Fellow Citizens.

The pilot “follows con-man Charlie (Ventimiglia) after a night of passion leads to love between him and undercover CIA officer Emma (Catherine Haena Kim). The two are unknowingly on a collision course professionally. While Charlie ramps up the “family business” so he can get out for good, Emma’s closing in on the vengeful criminal who holds Charlie’s family debts in-hand – forcing them to reckon with the lies they’ve told so they can save themselves and their families from disastrous consequences,” according to Variety.

FYI: Milo is wearing Ray-Ban sunglasses.

Milo Ventimiglia is officially back on set for season five of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel!

The 44-year-old This Is Us alum spent the afternoon filming a few scenes with star Rachel Brosnahan for the final season of the Amazon Prime Video series on Thursday (June 30) in New York City.

For their day on set, Milo sported a gray trench coat over a blue suit while the 31-year-old Emmy-winning actress wore a red and plaid outfit.

If you didn’t know, Milo briefly appeared in season four of Mrs. Maisel, where he played a lover of Rachel‘s character Miriam.

During a recent interview, Rachel teased what fans can expect from Milo‘s character in the final season.

Earlier this year, Rachel was seen kissing a new co-star while filming scenes for The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel!

Milo Ventimiglia is looking back on his role as Jack Pearson on This Is Us.

The NBC series wrapped up its’ six season run just last week and in a new interview, Milo revealed that he only has one regret about his role.

Say goodbye to Milo Ventimiglia‘s long hair!

The 44-year-old actor was spotted with significantly shorter hair while heading to the gym on Wednesday (May 18) in West Hollywood, Calif.

Milo has been sporting longer hair for the last six years while playing Jack Pearson on the NBC series This is Us. The series recently wrapped its final episode and the finale is airing in just a few days.

It looks like Milo cut his hair sometime in the past week or two since he shared a photo on May 8 with the longer ‘do.

Next up for Milo is the ABC drama pilot The Company You Keep and he’s also confirmed to return to The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel for the upcoming fifth season.
