Noah Schnapp Slammed Online for Controversial New Post About Israel-Palestine Conflict

Noah Schnapp has been called out on social media for a post that has to do with the conflict between Israel and Palestine.

The 19-year-old Stranger Things actor has been outspoken about the horrible situation, which started after the militant group Hamas infiltrated Israel and killed hundreds. The country responded by attacking Palestine, killing hundred of citizens while targeting Hamas.

In a previous post on social media, Noah called out those who are supporting the brutality in Israel, praying for peace and expressing sorrow for all who are suffering.

On Monday (November 13), he was slammed online after a video with some friends went viral on social media.

'Stranger Things' Cast Will Get Big Salary Bumps for Season 5, Though Filming Date Is Still Unknown

Stranger Things season four aired between May and July 2022, but fans will be waiting a while for more episodes as filming hasn’t even started on the fifth and final season.

Back in January 2023, it was announced the the cast would be getting big pay bumps for the next season and that the episodes would begin production in May 2023.

Because of the writers strike and now the actors strike, production never began and it’s unclear when it will.

The show’s creators, The Duffer Brothers, have said that they will not be introducing major new characters in the final season and they will focus on wrapping the storylines of the existing characters.

15 Celebrities Who Have Made Bold Statements About the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict

A whole lot of celebrities have spoken out about Israel and Palestine recently.

In case you didn’t know, militant group Hamas targeted Israeli civilians at a music festival on October 7. They killed more than 1,400 people and also took hostages.

Following that grim day, more than 700 Hollywood figures, including Chris Pine and Jamie Lee Curtis, signed an open letter condemning Hamas and supporting Israel.

The Israeli government declared war on Hamas in response to the violence, and now, Israeli airstrikes have killed more than 2,800 innocent Palestinian civilians.

More than one million people in Gaza were instructed to evacuate by Israel, leading to a severe humanitarian crisis there.

On October 20, 55 celebrities, including Dua Lipa and Andrew Garfield, signed a letter addressed to President Joe Biden asking him to call for a ceasefire.

A variety of singers, actors, and comedians have taken to social media to share passionate statements on the subject. Some have shown support specifically for Israel or Palestine, while others have expressed a desire for peace all around.

Stranger ThingsNoah Schnapp has posted a statement about what he’s been observing with regard to the tragic events happening across the world.

If you have not seen the news, the Palestinian militant group Hamas launched a surprise attack on Israel over the weekend, killing at least 900 civilians. Militants also kidnapped at least 100 hostages and took them into Gaza, pledging to kill them if Israel does any airstrikes on Gaza without warning. The death toll in Gaza has reached at least 765 people from the retaliatory airstrikes.
