Penelope Cruz and Edgar Ramirez discuss their new film Wasp Network at the 2019 New York Film Festival!

The co-stars, ages 45 and 42, respectively, took the stage at the press conference held at Walter Reade Theater on Friday (October 4) in New York City.

They were joined by director and writer Olivier Assayas.

Penelope opted for an all-black ensemble with large hoop earrings.

Wasp Network is the story of five Cuban political prisoners who had been imprisoned by the United States since the late 1990s on charges of espionage and murder.

Penelope Cruz strikes a pose on the red carpet at the premiere of Wasp Network on Sunday night (September 1) at the Sala Grande in Venice, Italy.

The 45-year-old actress wowed in a white gown as she was joined by co-star Edgar Ramirez at the premiere held during the 2019 Venice Film Festival.

Also in attendance was director Olivier Assayas and fellow cast members Wagner Moura, Leonardo Sbaraglia, Gael Garcia Bernal.

Earlier that day, the stars attended the photocall for their new movie.

The thriller tells the story of five Cuban political prisoners who had been imprisoned by the United States since the late 1990s on charges of espionage and murder.
