Orianne Cevey has announced that she is filing for divorce from her husband of one year, Thomas Bates.
The 47-year-old is the ex-wife of singer Phil Collins and he filed a lawsuit against Orianne and Thomas when they allegedly “took control” of his Miami property and refused to move out.
Orianne took to Instagram on Thursday (December 2) to announce her split from Thomas, 31, and explain what happened.

Phil Collins has split up from Orianne Cevey for the second time, TMZ reports.
The 69-year-old musician and Orianne were first marred back in 1999 and divorced in 2008. The two then reconciled in 2016.
Now, Phil has called it quits with Orianne once more and has even sent her an eviction notice as Orianne has reportedly refused to move out of their home.
The site states that apparently Orianne “married another man in August after telling Phil she was going on a business trip to Las Vegas.”
Orianne has refused to move out of the home, and allegedly threatened him to renegotiate their divorce settlement. Phil had paid her $46.68 million in their 2008 divorce.
Orianne‘s attorney, Frank Maister, said in a statement about the matter to The Sun: “We will deal with Mr. Collins in the courthouse, not the gossip column.”
Phil, who is also dad to actress Lily Collins, shares two sons with Orianne - Nic and Matthew.
