Oscar Isaac Reveals the Fan-Favorite Actor He Wants to Join 'Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse' Follow-Up & the Reality Show He's Binging Right Now (Which He'd Love to be a Judge On!)

Oscar Isaac is just like us! By that, we mean that he also binges reality television in his downtime.

The 44-year-old Moon Knight actor opened up about the reality show that he can’t stop binging during a recent interview with GQ. Spoiler alert: It’s a fan favorite that often features celebrity guest judges.

In the same interview, he teased who he would like to see join the cast of the next Spider-Man movie after starring in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. He has his eye on an A-lister and could even picture a role for them.

Annaleigh Ashford Wins Presitigous Prize at Drama League Awards, Joins Broadway's Best at Luncheon!

Annaleigh Ashford just won one of the most prestigious awards in the Broadway community!

The Tony-winning actress picked up the Distinguished Performance Award during the 2023 Drama League Awards on Friday afternoon (May 19) at the Ziegfeld Ballroom in New York City.

Annaleigh beat out 46 other nominees to be the sole performer to be recognized by the organization this year. She won the award for her work as Mrs. Lovett in the Broadway revival of Sweeney Todd.

Some Like It Hot won the award for Outstanding Production of a Musical, Into the Woods won Outstanding Revival of a Musical, Leopoldstadt won Outstanding Production of a Play, and A Doll’s House won Outstanding Revival of a Play.

Oscar Isaac & Rachel Brosnahan Glam Up for the Gala Opening of Their Broadway Play!

The official opening night of Broadway’s The Sign in Sidney Brustein’s Window was last week to make the eligibility cut-off for the 2023 Tony Awards, but a gala opening was just held to celebrate in an even bigger way!

Oscar Isaac and Rachel Brosnahan glammed up for their red carpet appearance at the James Earl Jones Theater on Thursday night (May 4) in New York City.

Oscar, who is making his Broadway debut in the play, was joined by wife Elvira Lind. Also spotted on the carpet were co-stars Gus Birney and Miriam Silverman, as well as producer Jeremy O. Harris.

The classic play by Lorraine Hansberry invites us into Greenwich Village in the ’60s, crafting a razor-sharp portrait of a diverse group of friends whose progressive dreams can’t quite match reality. At the center are Sidney and Iris Brustein, fighting to see if their marriage—with all its crackling wit, passion, and petty cruelty—can survive Sidney’s ideals.

Rachel Brosnahan and Oscar Isaac just celebrated the opening night of their Broadway play The Sign in Sidney Brustein’s Window and they toasted the evening at a party thrown by producer Jeremy O. Harris!

The play had its opening night performance on Thursday (April 27) at the James Earl Jones Theatre in New York City.

Guests at the party included Jeremy, Oscar, and Rachel, as well as their friends Natasha Lyonne, Dianna Agron, Emily Bode, Andre De Shields, Ryan Haddad, Larry Owens, Ronan Farrow and many more.

Rachel Brosnahan & Oscar Isaac Bring 'The Sign in Sidney Brustein’s Window' to Broadway

Rachel Brosnahan and Oscar Isaac will begin Broadway performances of The Sign in Sidney Brustein’s Window on April 25 and open on April 27 at the James Earl Jones Theatre.

The production had an Off Broadway run at the Brooklyn Academy of Music in February.

The limited engagement on Broadway will run through July 2.

Guillermo del Toro's 'Frankenstein' - 3 Huge Actors in Talks to Star!

Guillermo del Toro is readying his next big project.

The Academy Award-winning director is working on his next live-action film, Frankenstein, which is heading to Netflix, set to be written and directed by the filmmaker.

Sources have revealed that there are three big names “in early talks” to star in the production, via Deadline. And it sounds exciting already!

The sources add that he is still actively working on the script, and there have been no formal offers made. However, he’s reportedly met with all three of these actors, and they’re all on board.

It is unknown whether Guillermo‘s version will be a period picture, or set in modern times. Nor is it known yet who would be playing Doctor Frankenstein or his creation.

Oscar Isaac & Greta Gerwig's Off Broadway 'Three Sisters' Production Indefinitely Postponed

Fans will unfortunately not be seeing Oscar Isaac and Greta Gerwig‘s off-Broadway production of Chekhov’s Three Sisters anytime soon.

The previously announced production has been indefinitely postponed due to scheduling conflicts, the theater company confirmed.

The New York Theatre Workshop production was being directed by Sam Gold from a new adaptation by Clare Barron, and had originally been announced for their 2019-20 season.

The pandemic originally pushed back the production, which was set to be staged in the summer of 2023.
