King Charles Makes Rare Appearance at Royal Family Easter Celebration Amid Cancer Battle (Photos)

King Charles has made a rare public appearance at the royal family’s Easter celebration.

The 75-year-old monarch was seen arriving at the Easter Matins Service at St. George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle, on Easter Sunday (March 31) in Windsor, England alongside his wife, Queen Camilla.

King Charles has been undergoing treatment for cancer, so he has not been making as many public appearances.

Other royals in attendance included Princess Anne with her husband Sir Timothy Laurence, Prince Edward, his wife Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh and their son James, Earl of Wessex, and Prince Andrew with ex wife Sarah Ferguson.

Queen Camilla is sharing an update on how Princess Catherine (aka Kate Middleton) is doing amid her cancer battle.

Last week, the 42-year-old Princess of Wales shocked the world when she announced that she had been diagnosed with cancer after previously undergoing “major abdominal surgery.”

On Wednesday (March 27), Queen Camilla, 76, visited a farmers’ market as part of an official royal event in Shrewsbury, England, and during her visit, the wife of King Charles updated young well-wishers on Kate‘s health.

A new report is offering some insight into what King Charles and Queen Camilla knew about Princess Catherine (aka Kate Middleton)’s health.

On Friday (March 22), the Princess of Wales revealed that she had been diagnosed with cancer after undergoing an abdominal surgery earlier this year. She confirmed that she is currently receiving treatment and is taking time out of the spotlight to continue to heal.

Prince William, Queen Camilla, Other Royals Attend Commonwealth Day Service Amid Kate Middleton Photo Controversy

Prince William, Queen Camilla, and the Royal Family are celebrating Commonwealth Day!

They were photographed attending a service on Monday (March 11) at Westminster Abbey in London.

Prince Edward, Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh, Princess Anne, Birgitte, Duchess of Gloucester, and Prince Richard were also present at the service.

If you weren’t aware, Commonwealth Day is an annual celebration of the British Commonwealth of Nations around the world.

Prince William‘s public appearance came just hours after his wife Kate Middleton apologized for publishing an edited photo of herself and their children.

“Like many amateur photographers, I do occasionally experiment with editing. I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused. I hope everyone celebrating had a very happy Mother’s Day,” she wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Queen Camilla Briefly Steps Back From Royal Appearances Amid King Charles & Kate Middleton's Absences

Queen Camilla Shares Health Update on King Charles Following Surgery for Enlarged Prostate

King Charles is recovering after he underwent a procedure for an enlarged prostate.

On Friday (January 26), Buckingham Palace confirmed that the 75-year-old King of England had checked into the London Clinic for his scheduled procedure.

“The King was this morning admitted to a London hospital for scheduled treatment,” the Palace shared in a statement, via People. “His Majesty would like to thank all those who have sent their good wishes over the past week and is delighted to learn that his diagnosis is having a positive impact on public health awareness.”

Several hours after the surgery, King Charles‘ wife Queen Camilla was seen leaving the hospital where she shared an update on how he’s doing.
