Issa Rae and Jada Pinkett Smith strike a pose on the carpet while attending An Artist at the Table Cocktail Reception & Dinner held during the 2018 Sundance Film Festival at DeJoria Center on Thursday (January 18) in Park City, Utah.

The 33-year-old Insecure star and Jada, 46, were joined at the kick off event by Jim Parsons and his husband Todd Spiewak, Chloe Sevigny, Octavia Spencer, Chaz Ebert, Michael Stuhlbarg and Maggie Gyllenhaal.

Jada, Octavia and Michael are among the jury members for the 2018 Sundance Film Festival.

That same day, Issa joined Jason Mantzoukas, Zoe Kazan and Nick Offerman on Delta Air Lines’ fourth annual Delta Festival Shuttle to Park City flying from Los Angeles. It is a total party in the sky, as this influential crowd buzzed about the aircraft networking, sipped cocktails from the open bar, chatted about their Sundance projects and some even won tickets to far flung Delta destinations.

Jane Fonda strikes a pose while attending the Netflix premiere of her latest film Our Souls At Night held at The Museum of Modern Art on Wednesday (September 27) in New York City.

The 79-year-old actress was accompanied by her co-star Robert Redford, as well as director Ritesh Batra, screenwriters Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber and producer Finola Dwyer.

Robert recently admitted that he was reluctant to star in the film, after having already done the play on Broadway, and that it was Jane herself who made it an easier decision.

“Jane has this energy and she has this drive that forces things to happen including taking a reluctant male character and pushing him into the spotlight,” Robert told ET. “And that’s what happened in the play and what happens in the film. So, that’s why I like doing it again. It was fresh.”

Jane Fonda is reacting to Megyn Kelly‘s questions about plastic surgery.

Following the interview on Wednesday morning (September 27), the screen legend and Our Souls at Night co-star Robert Redford visited ET Canada, where she was asked about the awkward exchange earlier that morning.

When asked if she found Megyn‘s question about plastic surgery shocking, Jane said: “A little bit. Given the fact that we don’t have a lot of time and Bob is right here, it’s a weird thing to bring up, whether I’ve had plastic surgery or not. I have and I’ve talked about it. Seemed like the wrong time and place to ask that question.”

Robert was also asked about the exchange: “I think Jane didn’t want to go there,” he said.

“I think she didn’t want to have the show turn into about her, her surgery or her look. It was about the quality of the performance…I wasn’t paying a lot of attention,” he added lightheartedly.

Elisabeth Moss suits up for the screening of Top of the Lake: China Girl on Thursday night (September 7) at the Walter Reade Theater in New York City.

The 35-year-old actress was joined at the screening of the second season of her Australian show alongside co-stars Gwendoline Christie and Alice Englert along with showrunner Jane Campion.

Jane Fonda and Robert Redford are simply the cutest – and with reason, they’ve had plenty of opportunities to get well acquainted with each other in more ways than one.

Their new Netflix film called Our Souls at Night marks Jane and Robert‘s fifth film together after Tall Story, The Chase, The Electric Horseman, and Barefoot in the Park.

While attending a photo call for Our Souls at Night at the 2017 Venice Film Festival on Friday (September 1), Jane joked that she “lives for sex scenes with him,” and spoke candidly of her enduring love and admiration for Robert.

“In ‘Barefoot‘ I couldn’t keep my hands off of him. I realize they’re totally different films, but the dynamic between my character and his character in ‘Our Souls at Night‘ was somewhat similar to ‘Barefoot in the Park,’” Jane said (via Variety). “In ‘Barefoot in the Park,’ we played that young love, just like now we play old people’s love and old people’s sex. I’m not only love him and admire him as an actor, a director, and a producer, but this is a man who has had a profound effect on American cinema and I wanted to spend time with him, and see what he has become. Plus I wanted to be able to fall in love with him again.”
