Congratulations are in order for Disney stars Dove Cameron and Ryan McCartan – they are engaged!

The young couple met on the set of the Disney Channel series Liv & Maddie and they have been together for several years.

Ryan, 22, dedicated his 1000th post on Instagram to Dove, 20, calling her his “fiancée”. “Dedicating my 1,000th post to my fiancée. I can’t believe I get to call you that. Thanks for saying yes,” he wrote.

For years, Dove has been wearing a simple band on her left hand ring finger, and so has Ryan.

The longtime couple, who are in a singing duo called The Girl and the Dreamcatcher, just released the lyric video for their song “Someone You Like.” Watch below!

You will next see Dove in the upcoming Disney Channel original movie Descendants 2 while Ryan will star in Fox’s The Rocky Horror Picture Show remake.

Laverne Cox bundles up while leaving her trailer on the set of the Rocky Horror Picture Show remake on Wednesday (March 16) in Toronto, Canada.

The 31-year-old actress was joined by her co-stars Reeve Carney, Victoria Justice, Annaleigh Ashford, and Staz Nair.

Also spotted on set was Ryan McCartan in his gold ensemble and makeup, who got a visit from girlfriend Dove Cameron.

“What lies beneath?… 😳😎 #rhps @rockyhorrorfox �’��’�🎬😍,” Reeve captioned an Instagram photo of himself getting his hair dyed.

The recently announced cast of Fox’s Rocky Horror Picture Show remake are taking to Twitter to share their reactions to the news.

Victoria Justice and Ryan McCartan, who were just revealed as the leads of the project, shared their excitement with the previously announced star Laverne Cox.

Laverne, who will play Dr. Frank-N-Furter, welcomed her fellow cast mates, tweeting, “Cannot wait to get to work with you all.”

Victoria, who said she was “honored and thrilled” to play Janet, responded with, “Ditto! This is gonna be fun :)”

Ryan, who will play Brad, wrote, “YAS! Dying. Can’t wait.” He later added that the role, which will feature him “basically naked,” served as a huge workout motivation.

Also joining the previously announced Laverne Cox in the cast are Reeve Carney and model Staz Nair.

Victoria and Ryan will be playing the roles of Janet Weiss and Brad Majors, who stumble upon Dr. Frank-N-Furter’s bizarre abode. Frank-N-Furter (Cox), a sexually ambiguous flirtatious alien mad-scientist, is holding an annual, Transylvanian science convention to showcase the birth of “Rocky Horror” – a fit, attractive man (Nair) created solely to fulfill Frank’s desires.

Reeve will be playing the role of Riff Raff, one of Frank-N-Furter’s servants.

Unlike recent musicals aired on television, The Rocky Horror Picture Show will be a two-hour taped event that will shoot this winter for a fall premiere.
