The numbers are in!
The box office figures for the weekend are being reported by several outlets, and we now know how audiences are responding to the second PAW Patrol movie, the tenth installment in the Saw franchise, and the sci-fi film The Creator.

A Saw movie is an almost yearly tradition at this point.
The long-running horror franchise first kicked off in 2004, and has spawned ten films thus far, with the newest installment, Saw X, hitting theaters this weekend.
The first films center around the fictional serial killer John “Jigsaw” Kramer, and the storyline has evolved ever since, with different characters coming back into play as apprentices and copycats. The premise is that the killer “tests” people with horrific physical challenges to determine whether they deserve to live. The films are known for their intense goriness, as well as its expanded lore over the years.

The tenth installment in the Saw franchise is set to hit theaters on September 29, and we’ve got a first look at the upcoming horror film.
The Kevin Greutert-directed film was written by Peter Goldfinger and Josh Stolberg.
Here’s a plot summary: John Kramer (Tobin Bell) is back. The most disturbing installment of the Saw franchise yet explores the untold chapter of Jigsaw’s most personal game. Set between the events of Saw I and II, a sick and desperate John travels to Mexico for a risky and experimental medical procedure in hopes of a miracle cure for his cancer – only to discover the entire operation is a scam to defraud the most vulnerable. Armed with a newfound purpose, the infamous serial killer returns to his work, turning the tables on the con artists in his signature visceral way through devious, deranged, and ingenious traps.
