Gilmore Girls' Scott Patterson Reveals What's Next for Luke & Lorelai

SPOILERS! Don’t continue reading if you haven’t finished Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life.

Scott Patterson, who plays Luke Danes, is reacting to that amazing ending for Luke and Lorelai (Lauren Graham) – and what could be next for the couple.

“I think being married to that girl is going to be a really good thing,” Scott told ET about Luke and Lorelai getting married at the end of the four episode revival. “We’re going to have a lot of babies!”

“[It felt] pretty good, pretty good, yeah. And the way we did it was pretty clever I thought. I think it was the most personal way to do it and it had the most dramatic impact,” he added of the decision to make Luke and Lorelai finally wed. While it could be nice to see Luke and Lorelai have kids, part of the story did focus on their decision to forego surrogacy as a way to have a child.

Since the series was released on Netflix, fans want to know if there’s a possibility of more episodes. See what the cast had to say about the notion of reuniting again.

Alexis Bledel and Vincent Kartheiser are parents!

The 34-year-old Gilmore Girls star and the 37-year-old Mad Men alum secretly welcomed their first child, a son, last fall.

Alexis‘ co-star Scott Patterson spilled the beans.

“She’s really blossomed as a woman and now she’s a proud new mother and married and happy,” he told Glamour. “She’s just the most likable, intelligent person and adorable human being. She hasn’t changed at all. She looks the same. We’re comparing notes because my son [born July 2014] is about a year and a half older than her young son. I’m showing her photos and videos and what to expect. We’re just really enjoying each other’s company.”
