The 35-year-old athlete had an amazing first two runs, which put him in 4th place at the end of the second run at the 2022 Beijing Games.

Unfortunately, Shaun did fall on his third run, which means he’s out of contention for a medal.

Last weekend, Shaun announced that he’d be retiring from competition after these Olympic games, and this was his final competitive run ever.

While he didn’t medal at his final Olympics, Shaun has received a ton of support online from fans.

“Rock on @shaunwhite. What a ride it’s been. Wish it could have ended differently but you are the man. #Respect,” one fan wrote on Twitter.

Shaun White has announced that he is retiring from professional snowboarding.

The 35-year-old Olympic athlete will be competing at the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing and he announced the news at a press conference for the men’s snowboard halfpipe event.

Shaun confirmed that the 2022 games will be his last and his final overall competition.

Nina Dobrev heads back to the car along with boyfriend Shaun White after an afternoon workout together in Los Angeles on Monday (April 19).

The cute couple arrived at the private class together and Shaun was a gentleman and opened up the door for Nina to get out, as she was also on a phone call at the same time.
