'Shining Vale' Season 2 Premieres on Starz, 8 Stars Return for New Season!
Shining Vale is back for a second season!
The Starz horror comedy premieres the first of it’s new episodes on Friday (October 13) and picks up after that cliffhanger ending of the first season.
In season two, it’s four months later when Pat’s insurance runs out and she is released from the psychiatric hospital early. Pat returns home, determined to pick up the pieces of her broken family, but she quickly finds out her children don’t need her, Terry doesn’t remember her and to make matters worse, Pat’s new neighbor Ruth looks exactly like Rosemary. Meanwhile, the house starts to reveal the shocking secrets of its dark past. Every mother feels like they live in an insane asylum, but Pat may be right!
The first episode is out now on the Starz app, as well as all Starz streaming and on-demand platforms. It will air on the Starz network on Friday, October 13th, at 9pm ET in the US and Canada, with new episodes weekly.

Courteney Cox & Mira Sorvino Get Support from Lisa Kudrow at 'Shining Vale' Premiere!
Lisa Kudrow is showing support to two of her former co-stars!
Courteney Cox and Mira Sorvino both welcomed Lisa to the red carpet at the premiere of their new Starz series Shining Vale on Monday (February 28) at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.
Lisa worked with Courtney in the beloved series Friends and with Mira in the cult classic movie Romy and Michele’s High School Reunion. They reunited to present together at the SAG Awards this weekend!
Also in attendance at the premiere were Shining Vale stars Greg Kinnear, Judith Light, Merrin Dungey, Rob Morrow, Gus Birney, Dylan Gage, and Alysia Reiner.
The new series is a horror comedy about a dysfunctional family that moves from the city to a small town into a house in which terrible atrocities have taken place. But no one seems to notice except for Pat (Cox), who’s convinced she’s either depressed or possessed – turns out, the symptoms are exactly the same. The premiere airs on March 6!
FYI: Mira is wearing a St. John dress.
