Matt Bomer rarely shares personal photos on his social media accounts, but he shared a rare new photo with husband Simon Halls to ring in the new year.

It’s unclear when Matt and Simon first started dating, but they have been married since 2011 and welcomed their son Kit into the world in 2005 and their twin boys Henry and Walker in 2008.

For those who don’t know, Simon is a Hollywood publicist who has a client list that includes George Clooney, Joe Alwyn, Billy Porter, Billie Lourd, Annette Bening, and more.

The 46-year-old actor and the 59-year-old Hollywood publicist were spotted heading to dinner at Funke restaurant on Thursday (December 21) in Los Angeles.

The dinner outing came just days after the finale of Matt‘s new limited series Fellow Travelers aired on Showtime. All of the episodes are now streaming on Paramount+ with Showtime.

While promoting his critically acclaimed show, as well as his new movie Maestro, Matt made an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show and shared a kiss with the host after she admitted she seems to only be attracted to gay men!

The 42-year-old The Sinner took to Instagram on Sunday (April 12) to share a family photo with husband Simon Halls and their three sons Kit, 15, and 12-year-old twins Walker and Henry.

The 42-year-old White Collar actor took to Instagram on Wednesday (January 1) to share a rare photo with husband Simon Halls and three sons.

Matt Bomer is opening up about his family life and how his 14-year-old son Kit came out as straight to him and husband Simon Halls.

The 41-year-old actor chatted with RuPaul during a recent episode of his talk show.

RuPaul was asking about how he makes his home a safe place for his kids and said, “If your sons were to come out… as straight god forbid, no I’m joking people!”

“Well they do though. Our oldest came out to us as straight. He’s 14. He said, ‘I love and respect that you guys are who you are. I’m straight, that’s how I identify.’ And it was a big, nice, sweet moment,” Matt said.

RuPaul said to “give it time, Matt” and he replied, “Anything can happen. We would be there with open arms.”

Matt and Simon are the parents of three sons – 14-year-old Kit and 11-year-old twins Henry and Walker.

“Highly recommend checking out my supremely talented friend @brianbowensmith’s exhibit ‘One’ at the Malibu Country Mart- we loved it! He is a world class photographer, and an amazing human being,” Matt wrote on Instagram.

It was recently announced that Matt will reunite with the Broadway cast of The Boys in the Band to film a movie version for Netflix.
