Simone Biles is still making history!

The 26-year-old athlete was crowned the 2023 All-Around champion during the 2023 U.S. Gymnastics Championships held at SAP Center on Sunday (August 27) in San Jose, Calif,.

This marks the 8th time that Simone has earned the title, breaking even more records in the sport.

“I’ve been doing it for so long, I feel like I don’t think about numbers,” she told NBC Sports about the fete. “I think about my performance. I think overall, I hit 8 for 8 (clean events). So eight, I guess it’s a lucky number this year.”

Simone‘s 8th national title broke a previous record that was set in 1933, and also became the oldest woman to win at the championships.

While she still hasn’t made a decision on the 2024 Paris Olympics, Simone is focused on her goals.

“I like to keep them personal, just so that I know what I’m aiming for. I think it’s better that way,” she shared. “I’m trying to move a little bit differently this year than I have in the past. I think it’s working so far, so I’m going to keep it a little bit secretive.”

Simone just recently returned to the sport following a two year break from the competitive circle.

On Saturday (August 5), the 26-year-old Olympian competed in the Core Hydration Classic at Now Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. It marked her first official competitive meet since the 2021 Tokyo Olympics when she withdrew from the overall competition.

She emerged victorious in her grand return to the sport, and there’s more ahead for her now.

The exclusive dating app Raya is often making headlines whenever celebs are revealed as members.

A viral TikTok video showed that a woman matched with Ben Affleck, then unmatched him when she thought he was fake. But, he later sent a video message to her on Instagram to prove that he was real.

Matthew Perry was also revealed to be a member after a young woman shared a video from the FaceTime call she had with the actor after they matched on the app.

Dozens of celebrities have been confirmed to be members of the dating app and there are some wild stories out there about what has happened. One star allegedly matched with 35 women and then accidentally added them all to a group chat on WhatsApp. Some stars have even met the love of the lives on the app!

Two weeks after tying the knot for the first time, Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens said “I do” for a second time during a fairytale destination wedding on Saturday (May 6) in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

The 26-year-old Olympian and her 27-year-old football star husband revealed that they officially got married on April 22 in a civil ceremony in Houston, Texas.

They explained that it was necessary to do so since their second wedding was out of the country.

Simone Biles is now a married woman!

On Saturday (April 22), the 26-year-old Olympic gymnast announced on social media that she and Houston Texans player Jonathan Owens are married.

“I do 🤍 officially owens 🤍” Simone wrote on Instagram along with several photos of she and Jonathan, 27, from their big day.
