The CDC has reported that the average age for most first-time moms is 26-years-old, but plenty of celebrities have welcomed children well before that age.

Solange Knowles has composed an original score for the NYC Ballet which will premiere on September 28 at the ballet company’s 10th annual Fall Fashion Gala.

The 36-year-old artist is the first black woman to compose an original score for the New York City Ballet. The score will be performed by the New York City Ballet orchestra and choreographed by Gianna Reisen.

Beyonce just broke the record for most awarded singer and female artist at the Grammys, but that’s not all that she accomplished tonight.

The 39-year-old musician and her family now have an astounding 72 Grammy wins, which makes them the most winningest family in Grammy history.

On top of the 28 awards that Beyonce has won, her husband, Jay-Z has picked up 22 of his own, and her sister, Solange, has won 11.

Beyonce and Jay-Z‘s first born daughter, Blue Ivy, also won a Grammy earlier tonight after starring in the video for “Brown Skinned Girl”.

The family leads most of the other musical family, including the Jacksons (Jackson 5, Michael and Janet) who have a total of 22.

Billie Eilish and her brother, Finneas O’Connell, have 15 between them.

The popular Newman family – Randy, Thomas, et al – who are known for being a major Oscar family – just have 7 Grammy award wins, with all of them being from Randy.

Solange Knowles is getting candid about her health.

The 34-year-old musician opened up in honor of the two-year anniversary of her critically acclaimed 2019 album, When I Get Home.

“When I first started creating When I Get Home I was quite literally fighting for my life…in and out of hospitals (s/out park plaza on Binz! 🙂 with depleting health and broken spirits asking God to send me a sign I would not only survive, but that if he let me make it out alive, I would step into the light whatever that meant. He begin speaking to me. Half the time I didn’t know where it was coming from. I only knew I had to open the door and honor it,” she wrote on her Instagram.

“When I listen back, I hear a woman who had only an inkling of what the journey entailed, but didn’t have a clue of why or what the journey would look like. This project has shown me, once you open that door, you can’t go backwards. Believe me I’ve tried saying ‘nah I’m just playing’ so many times, ha. I’m not a big fan of talking about s–t I don’t know yet. I didn’t do much talking during this time because of that.”

“Sometimes I am asking myself that same question many ways. Sometimes it takes me years. I have to honor that time. This Houston ting moves slow y’all. One day, I’ll tell y’all about the days I’ve had since I opened this door. The things I’ve uncovered. The life long healing I’ve begin. The great divine joy and love I’ve experienced. The stories of my past I’ve survived that I had stored all up in my body…. till it said…. no more. The re-learning. The reckoning. This album led me to all of it,” she went on to write.

“I’m so grateful for you guys allowing me the space and time. So so so grateful. Ima be celebrating all week long the coming of home.”

Skai Jackson and Julez Smith are currently the number one trending topic in Google’s Entertainment section amid rumors that they are dating.

The rumors started spreading on social media this morning that the two young stars were once a couple, but now they are reportedly no longer together.

For those that don’t know, Skai, 18, is best known for her work on the Disney Channel shows Jessie and Bunk’d. She just competed on the most recent season of Dancing With the Stars.

Julez is the 16-year-old son of music star Solange Knowles and he’s also Beyonce‘s nephew.

It looks like Solange Knowles has a new man in her life!

The 34-year-old singer took to her Instagram Story on Sunday (November 22) to share a photo getting cozy with jazz composer Gio Escobar while enjoying the outdoors.

Shortly after posting the photo, an source close to Solange told Page Six that they are in fact dating.

“[He] is her boo. People know,” the source shared. “It’s not a new thing, but it’s new for the public. It’s a big deal that she shared the photo because she’s so private.”

News of Solange dating Gio comes after she announced in November 2019 that she and husband Alan Ferguson were splitting up after 5 years of marriage.

Solange is mom to son Julez, 16, with ex-husband Daniel Smith.
