Usher has won the custody battle for his children against his ex Tameka Foster which took place on Friday (August 9) in Atlanta, Ga.

The 34-year-old entertainer will continue to have custody of Usher V, 5, and Naviyd, 4, after URV‘s pool accident earlier in the week.

After the hearing ended, Usher hugged Tameka in the courtroom.

“This is the straw that broke the camel’s back,” a source told People about the incident. “She could have had the boys [Monday], and they would have been fine. She knows that accidents happen with kids, but she should have been with them.”

Tameka Foster holds her son Usher Raymond V close after his life-threatening pool accident earlier in the week.

“My favorite 5 year old. What a blessing! I have always loved and appreciated my sons but tragedies and close calls make this even more evident. URV had an angel named Kile Ishmael and our Lord and true savior to look after him. Words cannot express the relief and how thankful to God I truly am. Usher recently broke his silence on the incident.

Usher‘s son, Usher Raymond V, has been hospitalized in the ICU after suffering a serious accident in the a pool, according to TMZ.

The 34-year-old entertainer’s five-year-old son was playing in the pool when he dove down to retrieve a toy from the drain when he got stuck. Several attempts were made to pull him out and he was finally freed.

At the time, Usher was not at home, but rushed back and met his son at the hospital in Atlanta, Ga.

Doctors have been running tests and say Usher V will be ok.

The accident comes a little over one year after Usher‘s stepson Kile passed away in a jet-ski accident.

Our thoughts are with Usher and his family during this time for a speedy recovery.

Usher arrives at CBS studios with his two adorable sons — Usher Raymond V and Naviyd Raymond — ahead of his performance on CBS’ The Early Show in New York City on Friday (August 20).

Usher and his wife Tameka have welcomed a new baby boy — Naviyd Ely Raymond!

“Usher and Tameka Raymond welcomed their second son, Naviyd Ely Raymond, on Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2:33 a.m. weighing 5 lbs., 13 oz.,” says a rep for the couple. “Tameka and the baby are doing fine.”

Naviyd joins older brother Usher Raymond V, who turned 1 on Nov. 26. Tameka, 37, also has three sons from a previous relationship.

Usher and his wife Tameka Foster are expecting their second child, a source close to the rapper confirms.

The couple welcomed their first child, Usher Raymond V, in November 2007. Usher, 29, and Tameka, 38, wed in a civil ceremony in Atlanta on September 1, 2007.

Another pal confirms the baby news, adding, “She’s due in December.”

“I’d hate to be 80 years old and not be able to run with my kids. I need to still be able to do flips when they’re in high school,” Usher told People last month.

Usher will kick off a ladies-only tour called One Night Stand later this fall.
