The former Bond Girl sadly passed away in January at the age of 65.

Tanya left behind a handwritten will, which was filed Wednesday (June 16) in Los Angeles, via Page Six.

Tanya Roberts' Cause of Death Revealed

Tanya Roberts passed away on Monday evening (January 4) at the age of 65 after her death was prematurely announced just one day before. Now, her cause of death has been released.

“With a heavy heart I can confirm the death of Tanya Roberts last night on January 4, 2021 around 9:30pm PT at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA,” Mike Pingel, her representative, in a statement (via People).

He said her cause of death “was from a urinary tract infection which spread to her kidney, gallbladder, liver and then blood stream.”

Mike mistakenly sent out a press release saying Tanya had passed away on Sunday (January 3) when she was, in fact, still alive.

Tanya was rushed to the hospital in Los Angeles on Christmas Eve after collapsing at home following a walk with her dog.

Tanya Roberts Passes Away at 65 After Premature Death Announcement

That ’70s Show actress and former Bond Girl Tanya Roberts has tragically passed away after her death was prematurely announced over the weekend.

The 65-year-old actress passed away on Monday evening (January 4) at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. The day before, Tanya was actually reported to be dead and on Monday afternoon (January 4), was discovered to actually still be alive.

Now, TMZ is reporting that she passed away on Monday night and her partner, Lance O’Brien, confirmed that doctors called him and told him the tragic news.

Tanya was rushed to the hospital in Los Angeles on Christmas Eve after collapsing at home following a walk with her dog.

Tanya Roberts' Boyfriend Learned She's Still Alive While Being Interviewed on TV (Video)

There’s yet another crazy twist in the story about Tanya Roberts, the That ’70s Show actress who was reported to be dead and later was discovered to still be alive.

Lance O’Brien, who has been identified as both Roberts‘ boyfriend and husband in various reports, was being interviewed on TV by Inside Edition when he received the phone call that she is still alive.

Tanya‘s rep has said that he was informed of her alleged death on Sunday by O’Brien and later learned that she is still alive after O’Brien received a phone call from the hospital to tell him she didn’t die.

The phone call was captured in the Inside Edition interview. You can see him on the phone when he says, “Now, you are telling me she’s alive?”

O’Brien then tells the reporter, “The hospital is telling me she is alive. They are calling me from the ICU team.”

While Tanya is still alive, her condition is reported to be “dire” at the moment. She was rushed to the hospital in Los Angeles on Christmas Eve after collapsing at home following a walk with her dog. We’re sending her our best wishes while she recovers.

That ’70s Show actress Tanya Roberts‘ rep confirmed over the weekend that she died, but then retracted the statement on Monday when he learned she was actually still alive.

Now, Ashton Kutcher, who starred on the Fox sitcom, is speaking out on Twitter to tell his co-stars that Tanya is alive.

Topher Grace tweeted early this morning, “I was so sad to hear that Tanya Roberts has passed away. She was a Bond girl, one of Charlie’s Angels, and truly a delightful person to work with. I had never acted before and, to be honest, a little nervous around her. But she couldn’t have been kinder. We’ll miss you Midge.”

Ashton replied to Topher and said, “yo bro she’s not dead.”

Debra Jo Rupp tweeted, “Tanya had a big deep hearty laugh. She was all instinct and beauty. In the first season of 70’s we had a scene in the kitchen, drinking cocktails and laughing together. She laughed, spit her drink in my face, apologized profusely and did it 3 more times.I loved her. RIP beauty.”

Ashton replied to Debra and said, “dj she’s still alive.”

Tanya Roberts Is Alive & Did Not Die Over The Weekend, Her Rep Now Says

Tanya Roberts is reportedly still alive!

The former Bond girl and That 70s Show actress was reported dead over the weekend, after she collapsed at home on Christmas Eve and had been in the hospital since. Tanya‘s rep had shared that she had died later that same day, TMZ reported.

Now, Tanya‘s rep has told TMZ that she’s still alive!

Mike Pingel, the rep, says that Tanya’s husband, Lance, got a phone call from Cedars-Sinai Hospital informing him that Tanya was not dead at all.

The rep added that Lance truly believed Tanya had died.

In the first report, it was revealed her collapse was not coronavirus related.

Tanya first came to fame as Stacey Sutton in the 1985′s A View to Kill, opposite Roger Moore, before starring as Midge, Donna’s mom, on That 70s Show.

Tanya Roberts has sadly died at the age of 65-years-old, TMZ reports.

The actress’ rep told the site that after a walk with her dogs on Christmas Eve (Thursday, December 24), Tanya collapsed when she returned home.

Tanya was then taken to the hospital and put on a ventilator. She died several days later on Sunday (January 3). It is being that reported that Tanya’s death is not coronavirus-related.

In the days leading up to her collapse, Tanya appeared healthy and was still able to work just fine.

Tanya first rose to fame playing Bond Girl Stacey Sutton in the 1985 James Bond movie A View to Kill, opposite Roger Moore.

She also appeared on That ’70s Show as Donna Pinciotti’s mom, Midge from 1998 to 2001 and again in 2004.

Tanya is survived by her husband Lance.
