Original 'Heartstopper' Star Exits Show Ahead of Third Season, Jokes About a Spinoff Series

Fans of Heartstopper got some very sad casting news!

The popular Netflix series, starring Kit Connor and Joe Locke, began production on its third season back in October 2023. They wrapped things up a few months later. However, there are still some questions about which actors will be returning to the project.

On Wednesday (March 28) one of the show’s original actors confirmed that they would not be able to return and explained why. They also jokingly responded to a call for a spinoff series centered on their character.

'Harlem' Season 3 - 5 Stars Returning, 4 Stars Joining!

Harlem is coming back soon!

The Amazon Prime Video series is returning for Season 3, and there are some big new additions to the cast, via Deadline.

From writer Tracy Oliver (Girls Trip), Harlem is a comedy following four stylish and ambitious best girlfriends in Harlem NYC, the mecca of Black culture in America. Together, they level up from their 20s into the next phase of their careers, relationships, and big city dreams.

While we don’t have a premiere date yet, we do know who is returning and joining the series.

Kenan Thompson Responds to 'Quiet on Set' Docuseries, Says It Was 'Definitely Tough' to Watch

Nickelodeon alum Kenan Thompson weighed in on the startling new docuseries Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV.

The multi-part docuseries was released by Investigation Discovery and featured interviews from former child stars, parents and other Nickelodeon employees. One of the most notable participants was Drake Bell, who revealed that he had been molested by a dialogue coach while working as a teen actor.

Other revelations focused on former Nickelodeon head Dan Schneider, who was accused of creating a toxic workplace while with the network. He was let go by the network in 2018.

Kenan, who came up on Nickelodeon with projects such as All That, Kenan & Kel and Good Burger, responded to the docuseries in a recent interview. He reflected on his own experience and why Quiet on Set was “definitely tough” to watch.

Who is Sir Lion on 'The Masked Singer'? Popular TV Host Revealed During TV Theme Night

Another star has been revealed during the current season of The Masked Singer.

Episode four of Season 11 aired on Wednesday night (March 27) and saw the return of three masked contestants – Clock, Poodle Moth and Lizard – and the addition of a Wild Card competitor – Sir Lion – for TV Theme Night.

After performing “Love and Marriage” from Married… With Children, Sir Lion was sent to the Smackdown with Lizard. They both performed “Who Are You,” The Masked Singer‘s theme song before Sir Lion was sent packing.

Nicholas Galitzine Talks Playing Queer Characters & Receiving LGBTQ+ Support as a Straight Actor

Nicholas Galitzine opened up about playing queer characters as a straight actor.

The 29-year-old most recently shot steamy love scenes for Mary & George, a historical miniseries about George Villiers’ affair with King James.

Previously, he played Prince Henry, a gay royal who falls in love with the first son of the United States, in 2023′s Red, White & Royal Blue. He was also cast as a gay character in Handsome Devil.

During a recent interview, Nicholas reflected on having the support of the LGBTQ+ community and what drew him to the roles.
