Bruce Springsteen memorialized his late friend Glenn Frey in a very special way.

The 66-year-old New Jersey musician sang an acoustic cover of The Eagles‘ “Take It Easy” during his concert at the United Center on Tuesday night (January 19) in Chicago, Ill.

Glenn co-wrote the 1972 song with Jackson Browne.

The Eagles guitarist died earlier in the week at the age of 67.

“The @UnitedCenter all lit up for “Take It Easy” in memory of Glenn Frey. #TheRiverTourChicago,” Bruce later tweeted.
