The duo, made up of Ben “B-Roc” Ruttner and James “JPatt” Patterson, just released their latest smash collaboration-filled album HISTORY at the end of April.

It’s heir first full-length record since 2018′s New York Narcotic, featuring a ton of major collaborations, including “Bodies” with MUNA, “Slow Song” with Dragonette and “Ride Or Die” with Foster the People.

The group’s had a ton of major club cuts and superstar productions along the way in the past decade, working with everyone from Wyclef Jean to Carly Rae Jepsen – and their latest album is another hugely satisfying addition to their catalog.

Idris Elba is getting back in the music scene!

The 47-year-old Luther actor and DJ dropped a hot collaboration with New York duo The Knocks on Friday (July 3) called “One Fine Day.”

“Check out my new track ‘One Fine Day’ with @theknocks & @TiggsDaAuthor out today on @7Wallace_,” he wrote on Twitter.

“Royalties from this track will go to @bcaheritage which focuses on painting a more comprehensive picture of Black presence in Britain.”

Idris recently shared a beautiful and inspiring poem amid the pandemic, which he read aloud during this segment.

At the end of March, Idris Elba revealed that he was past the quarantine period after testing positive for coronavirus, but still couldn’t go home yet – watch his video.
