TLC has had to cancel some of their upcoming performances as a result of Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas losing her voice.

The 48-year-old dancer and singer took to Twitter on Sunday (July 14) to explain.

“It breaks my heart to tell our fans that we have to cancel our performance tonight at Sacramento because I lost my voice and my dr has me on strict voice rest,” Chilli wrote. “We want the fans at Sacramento to know we love them and thank them for their support.”

On Monday, she added, “STILL on voice rest😫 getting better but not at a 100% just yet. Sadly we will miss seeing the fans in Turlock. Thank u so much for ur prayers n well wishes. I’ll be back on stage soon. 💪🏾”

“Yes it breaks my heart too…” Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas‘s groupmate Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins also tweeted. “And #Sacramento We’ll Come There Again 💋 I’m sure at some point… We love you all and thank u for all your support…but we need her to heal 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽.”

It’s definitely been a long long time coming – TLC is officially back!

The ladies of TLC – Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins and Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas – make their grand return with a brand new single called “Way Back,” featuring their longtime pal Snoop Dogg.

The track is set to be included on TLC‘s Kickstarter-funded fifth and final album, which is set to be released on June 30, according to the group’s manager Bill Diggins.

The ladies of TLC – Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins and Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas – go green while attending a press conference at Madison Square Garden on Tuesday (January 20) in New York City.

The two singers were joined by the guys of New Kids On the Block – Donnie Wahlberg, Danny Wood, Jordan Knight, Jonathan Knight, and Joey McIntyre.

At the press conference, the two groups announced that they would go on tour together this summer, alongside rapper Nelly.

In addition to the tour, TLC is launching a Kickstarter campaign to help them fund their final album!

“Our manager talked to us about Kickstarter long ago, and maybe he was just planting the seeds back then. Also, I got on Twitter later than most. I already had fans asking, “When are you coming back? We need more music!” Then once our biopic came out, the requests were just overwhelming. Fans have even been sending ideas for what they want a new album cover to look like — they get so creative. They have so much love for us, and we thought, “We gotta do this, and we have to involve the fans,” Chilli shared to Billboard about the Kickstarter campaign.

Lil Mama joins the ladies of TLC – Rozonda “Chili” Thomas and Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins – while posing backstage in the press room at the 2013 American Music Awards held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (November 24) in Los Angeles.

The ladies hit the stage earlier in the night to perform their song “Waterfalls” and an image of the late Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes was project onto the screen behind them.

Before the show, all of the ladies hit the red carpet in different outfits.

The ladies of TLC – Tionne “T-Boz” Watkins and Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas – hit the red carpet at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards held at the Barclays Center on Sunday (August 25) in Brooklyn, N.Y.

During the show, the gals got up on stage to introduce a performance from Drake. Check out a video below of the appearance!
