On Wednesday (May 11), the 34-year-old Grammy-winning rapper unveiled the cover art for his upcoming album Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers, and it appears that he revealed that he and fiancee Whitney Alford have welcomed their second child together.

Kendrick Lamar and Whitney Alford are now parents!
The 32-year-old “HUMBLE.” rapper and his 33-year-old fiancee welcomed a baby girl on Friday (July 26), Us Weekly confirmed.

Kendrick is notoriously quiet about his private life, and never revealed that his longtime love was pregnant. In fact, he only acknowledged he was engaged during an interview in 2015 on The Breakfast Club.
The two have been dating since they attended Centennial High School together in Compton, Calif. Congratulations to the happy new family!

The 28-year-old rapper has been engaged to Whitney since last April and they have a lot to celebrate this evening as he’s the big winner so far!
Kendrick went into the Grammys with 11 nominations and he has already picked up five awards, including all four awards in the rap category, including Best Rap Album for To Pimp a Butterfly and Best Rap Song for “Alright.”

After lots of rumors, the 27-year-old rapper gave an interview with Power 105.1 radio show The Breakfast Club, where he confirmed the news on the air.
“Yeah, definitely. I’m loyal to the soil,” Kendrick said when asked if he was engaged.
“I wouldn’t even call her my girl,” Kendrick told Billboard about his longtime love back in January. “That’s my best friend. I don’t even like the term that society has put in the world as far as being a companion�”she’s somebody I can tell my fears to.”
