Emma Stone and Amy Adams pose for photos while attending W Magazine’s Celebration of Its Best Performances Portfolio and the Golden Globes on Friday night (January 4) at Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles.

The actresses are both nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the Globes this weekend, Emma for The Favourite and Amy for Vice.

Emma was seen mingling with her The Favourite co-star Olivia Colman and director Yorgos Lanthimos while Amy was joined at the party by husband Darren Le Gallo.

Other stars at the party included Roma co-stars Yalitza Aparicio and Marina De Tavira, Jon Voight, and Willem Dafoe. Cold War actress Joanna Kulig was seen arriving for the event in an Audi car.

Roma co-stars Yalitza Aparicio and Marina De Tavira both look gorgeous on the red carpet at the 2019 AFI Awards Luncheon on Friday afternoon (January 4) at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The ladies were joined at the event by the movie’s writer and director Alfonso Cuaron.

Roma is receiving an AFI Special Award at the event. It wasn’t eligible for the Top 10 list this year as it is a foreign-language movie.

The movie is nominated for three Golden Globes this weekend, including Best Motion Picture – Foreign Language.

The Roma co-stars were at the event to support their director and writer Alfonso Cuaron, who was honored with the Sonny Bono Visionary Award.

Alfonso, who won two Oscars for his work on Gravity, has been nominated for seemingly every major award possible so far for his work on Roma.

The stars of the critically-acclaimed Netflix film Roma – Marina de Tavira and Yalitza Aparicio – made a joint appearance on last night’s (December 19) episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live!

Jimmy‘s sidekick Guillermo translated for Yalitza, who revealed she had never never acted before Roma and auditioned on a whim. “The only acting I’ve done is lying to my mom and teachers,” Yalitza joked.

Marina and Yalitza also revealed that they had no idea that Oscar-winning director Alfonso Cuaron was behind the film while auditioning.

“I auditioned for three months not knowing who the director was going to be,” Marina revealed. “I learned that at I think the seventh audition. My heart missed a beat when we found out.”
