I think that’s, like, a 100,000 dollar hybrid Mercedes. Must be nice to afford something like that.

@CoolWheelsNat: She’s working hard so she can afford it. She isn’t a talentless fame wh..ore

Working hard or hardly working is what it looks like. I really like her as a person, but her acting chops are questionable, and as for luxuries that can only be afforded by the super rich, how about taking a one year sabbatical from your job knowing that a multi-million dollar check in your future is as certain as tomorrow’s sunrise? That’s what really “must be nice”.

That car would cost like $300,000 in Australia. Stop complaining Americans.

This woman is a liar and I can’t stand this arrogant, know-it-all, b_tch! That movie Black Swan is NOTHING like the REAL ballet industry and is not representative of what Swan Lake is really about. She lied about doing the dancing in the movie – it was a NYC ballet dancer who did all the dancing and Portman’s head was imposed on top of the dancer’s body by CGI! Portman didn’t even acknowledge the REAL ballet dancer! That movie is offensive to ALL Ballet dancers, Ballet as an art form, and Swan Lake! The whole damn movie was about this sick c_cksucker who was forced to be a virgin by her mother and a ***** by the choreographer. Nobody but a man on drugs would write that! HER CAREER IS GONE! AND IT’S FITTING BECAUSE SHE PISSED OFF A LOT AND I MEAN A LOT OF PEOPLE IN BALLET! BTW, JUST BECAUSE SHE WENT DOWN TO 80LBS DOESN’T MAKE HER A BALLERINA. ALL BALLERINA’S DON’T HAVE EATING DISORDERS AND SUFFER FROM VIRGIN/***** SYNDROME. AND IT IS ILLEGAL TO SEXUAL VIOLATE ANYONE ON THE JOB INCLUDING IN BALLET. HOLLYWOOD CAN GO STRAIGHT TO HELL WITH GASOLINE DRAWERS ON LOL!

@lucy: girl, take a chill pill!

you do understand that black swan is a work of fiction, right?…and that the black swan dance is a creative reinterpretation of the traditional swan lake ballet? no one said anything about the movie being an effin’ documentary, so if you are taking it as the gospel, that is your own problem! other people who aren’t as biased and who don’t have chips on their shoulders can see the movie for what it is– a good psycho-thriller drama with excellent acting.

and yes, perhaps more accolade should have been given to the NYC ballerina who did most of the dance scenes– but that’s just the nature of being a body-double. how many stunt men and stunt women do you see being profiled in magazines or in TV interviews? can you even name one?

@lucy: Chill out, it was only a film

@lucy: Also, her career is hardly gone. She took time out after giving birth and if you read carefully she has just signed on for a new film

Lucy, get real. It’s a film, not a documentary. Spend your time soap boxing, elsewhere.

As for the people ripping on Natalie for her car and insinuating she’s overpaid and basically whining, why don’t you go do what she does then? If it takes no talent and no effort, go for it. Clearly you’re way more deserving than she is :/

    TWPUMPKIN Says:

@lucy You Rock! I thought Natalie sucked in the movie Black Swan. She only won because she is Hollywoods little Jewish tart. I also think she is one of the most self absorbed fake celebrities out there. I thought she only drove electric cars.

So, she got herself a new job at the gas station then, huh?
