John Mayer Thanks Fans for Support

John Mayer looks ready to hit the high seas as he steps out on Saturday (June 16) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 34-year-old musician kept to himself as he reportedly headed in to a pirate-themed costume party.

John‘s latest album Born and Raised debuted at number 1 when it dropped late last month. However, he won’t be touring due to a throat condition. On Friday, he thanked his fans for their support via his Tumblr: “It’s been strange to release a record with zero crowd noise to go off of, and tonight I really felt like the music I made over the last couple of years really matters. You have all put a huge smile on my face. Thank you.”
