OlderVenus & Serena Williams Win Wimbledon Doubles Crown!
Serena and Venus Williams hold up their trophies after winning their Ladies’ Doubles final match on day twelve of the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Championships at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club on Saturday (July 7) in London, England.
The sisters defeated Andrea Hlavackova and Lucie Hradecka of the Czech Republic for their fifth doubles crown!
Earlier in the day, Venus watched on with pride as Serena picked up her fifth crown in the solo tournament, tying her sister’s amount of wins.

I’m so happy for them! They’ve worked so hard to get where they are.
Since they were kids with a great father who encouraged them and trained them.

@gift: How are they built like men? Venus is the same weight and has the same body type as many of the other players. Serena is a bit more muscular and curvier but still not “built like a man”.

Americans win again congrats! As much as I like Roger Federer I still want Any Murray to win tomorrow it would be the first time for a Brit in 75 years. Can’t wait for the Olympics to see how many medals the Americans will win.
