Chloe Moretz hits the blue carpet in style for the 2013 Billboard Music Awards held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on Sunday (May 19) in Las Vegas.

The 16-year-old starlet presented an award on stage that evening to the packed and screaming crowd of music fans!
