James Franco helps honor his pal Ahna O’Reilly at The Art of Elysium‘s event during the 2013 Cannes Film Festival on Sunday (May 19) at M/Y Harle in Cannes, France.

The 35-year-old actor, along with Rabbit Bandini and Leon Max, honored Ahna for her work in the films As I Lay Dying and Fruitvale Station, both of which are playing at the festival.

Ahna was joined by her various co-stars Octavia Spencer, Melonie Diaz, and Beth Grant, as well as JustJared.com‘s Jared Eng at the event. She was seen applying her Burt’s Bees at the party.

FYI: Ahna is wearing a Georges Hobeika dress. Octavia is wearing a Tadashi Shoji dress.

Ahna O’Reilly, Octavia Spencer, Melonie Diaz, Michael B. Jordan, and director Ryan Coogler walk the red carpet at the Fruitvale Station premiere during the 2013 Cannes Film Festival on Thursday (May 16) at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France.

Earlier in the day, the cast attended a photo call to promote the film, in theaters July 12.

Octavia Spencer gives her Fruitvale co-star Michael B. Jordan a big hug at a portrait session during the 2013 Sundance Film Festival on Saturday (January 19) at Village at the Lift in Park City, Utah.

The 42-year-old Oscar-winning actress was also joined by her co-stars Ahna O’Reilly and Melonie Diaz, as well as writer/director Ryan Coogler.

Later in the day, the cast joined producer Forest Whitaker at the film’s premiere at the Marc Theatre.
