Heidi Klum holds onto her umbrella as she walks in the rain on Monday (July 23) in New York City.

Earlier in the day, the 39-year-old model sported a more casual look as she left her apartment in the Soho neighborhood of the city.

Project Runway returned for its tenth season last week, but unfortunately the ratings were off from last year. 2 million people tuned in for the premiere episode, which was down 25% from last season’s premiere, according to TV Line.

The 39-year-old model was also joined by Nina Garcia and Tim Gunn to promote their show, which premieres its new season TONIGHT at 9/8c on Lifetime!

Heidi wore a Haider Ackerman jacket, an M. Patmos top, Balenciaga leggings, and Jimmy Choo shoes for the appearance.

Heidi Klum hits the stage during the Project Runway fashion show during the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week held at The Theater at Lincoln Center on Friday (September 9) in New York City.

The 38-year-old model was joined at the show by her fellow judges Michael Kors and Nina Garcia.

The next day, Heidi stepped out to support her Project Runway protege Christian Siriano at the presentation of his spring 2012 collection.

Also pictured inside: Modern Family actress Sarah Hyland at the Christian Siriano show, which was styled by Danielle Nachmani for the second time in a row.

Thirteen memorable contestants are back to make it work in Project Runway All Stars, which will debut later in the year on Lifetime!

Supermodel Angela Lindvall will host, while designers Georgina Chapman and Isaac Mizrahi will serve as judges.

Marie Claire Editor-in-Chief Joanna Coles will serve as a mentor for the contestants.

The winner of Project Runway All Stars will have his/her line featured in an exclusive designer’s boutique at Neiman Marcus, $100,000 dollars in technology and office space from HP and Intel, $100,000 cash from L’Oreal Paris, a spread in Marie Claire and a role as a guest editor for one year, and a sewing and embroidery studio provided by Brother International. Wow!!

Jessica Simpson sparkles in a LBD by Michael Kors as she heads to the Project Runway Spring 2011 fashion show at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week on Thursday (September 9) in New York City.

The 30-year-old singer turned designer joined Michael Kors, Nina Garcia and Heidi Klum as a guest judge for the show’s finale runway show!
