Britney Spears Snaps Out Of It

Britney Spears puts on a brave face and totes around her favorite $2K Versace “Quilted Snap Out of It Bag” as she goes grocery shopping at Ralphs with ‘cousin’ Alli Sims on Wednesday.

Paparazzi asked Alli what she thought of Sarah Silverman‘s biting comments during Sunday’s 2007 Video Music Awards.

“She’s mean,” Alli said defending Britney. “She’ll have kids one day and she won’t appreciate that crap.”

Yesterday, Britney and ex Kevin Federline met at the Century City offices of Brit‘s attorney Laura Wasser.

According to People, “Britney asked for [the meeting]. She wants to put an end to this public debacle. However, Kevin [has] refused. He needs more money so he’s determined to win this.”

The meeting fell on son Jayden‘s first birthday and five days before they are due to face each other before a family court judge on Monday.
