Fergie & Josh: New Year’s for the Newly Engaged

Fergie and Josh Duhamel vacation together in Cabo San Lucas on New Year’s Day with friends on Wednesday.

The bangin’ bodies couple was seen hanging out on the beach near a cabana at their hotel.

Fergie, 35, and Josh, 32, have been dating on and off since September 2004 and “recently” became engaged.

WHAT DO YOU THINK of Fergie Ferg’s sheer beach dress cover-up?
