Katie Holmes -- New Longer Locks!

Katie Holmes works out a brand new do (longer locks!) with the premiere of husband Tom Cruise‘s latest WWII flick, Valkyrie in Tokyo, Japan on Wednesday (March 11).

The 30-year-old actress paired her Jason Wu Fall 2009 dress with stir-up leggings and a fabulous pair of multi-colored “Dragon” pumps from Rousseau Shoes by Jerome C. Rousseau.

She’s positively glowing!
