Katherine Heigl hides behind a pair of Ferragamo sunglasses as she hangs out with her former Grey’s Anatomy costar (and BFF) T.R. Knight and his boyfriend Mark Cornelsen in Hollywood on Sunday (July 26).

The trio celebrated the big opening weekend for Heigl‘s s romantic comedy The Ugly Truth, co-starring Gerard Butler. The flick debuted at a respectable $27 million behind Disney’s family pic G-Force, which pulled in $32.3 million.
