Alicia Keys plays up the pregnancy rumors, wearing a poofy white D&G dress to the Keep A Child Alive Black Ball held at London’s St John’s, Smith Square on Thursday (May 27).
The 29-year-old singer also covered up her rumored baby bump with a wide belt and finished off her look with Louboutin shoes. On Saturday, Alicia sported what looks like a baby bump on stage.
Alicia is reportedly expecting her first baby with her boyfriend, super producer Swizz Beatz.
