David Beckham: Pinkberry Papa

David Beckham takes his sons Romeo and Cruz to pick up some Pinkberry frozen yogurt on Thursday (September 23) in Santa Monica, Calif.

The 35-year-old soccer superstar has filed a lawsuit against In Touch Weekly after the magazine ran a story about alleged infidelity on his part. The suit also names Irma Nici, who claims she slept with David five times back in 2007.

Last week, David returned to the soccer field for the second time after a six-month hiatus due to an injury.
