John Mayer Visits The West Village

John Mayer walks through the West Village with a friend and stops to pose with a fan on Sunday (October 24) in New York City.

The 32-year-old singer is supposedly the subject of Taylor Swift‘s latest song, “Dear John.” The two collaborated for the song “Half of My Heart,” a love ballad on his latest album.

“Dear John/ I see it all now that you’re gone/ Don’t you think I was too young/ To be messed with/ The girl in the dress/ Cried the whole way home/ I should’ve known,” Taylor sings.
