Ashlee Simpson: New Bleached Blond Hair!

Ashlee Simpson is all smiles as she shows off her new bleached blond hair ash she leaves the Andy LeCompte salon on Thursday (January 24) in Los Angeles.

Earlier in the day, the 26-year-old singer was seen shopping and feeding the meter. But didn’t realize she parked in the red zone which led to a ticket. Oops!

Ashlee is planning on releasing a brand new album before year’s end.
