Heidi Klum hits the orange carpet at the TeenNick Halo Awards on Wednesday (October 26) at the Hollywood Palladium in Hollywood.

The 38-year-old German model and Project Runway host teamed up with Nick Cannon and TeenNick to recognize teens who make a difference in their communities.
